New music for our upcoming shows

So in addition to working on our new video, we’ve also  been taking the time to write some new songs for our next album and for playing live.  One of our newer songs has been part of our live show for a few weeks now and we’ve gotten very good feedback from this one.  But everyone in the band will probably agree that we wrote one of our strongest songs yet this weekend…

It generated from a guitar riff that had been sort of floating around on the back burner for a while without a structure or an idea for a direction.  We always liked the riff but could never turn it into a whole song.  For whatever reason, the mood was right and we gave it another try the other night.  Almost immediately we locked into the perfect structure, the perfect beats, and the perfect melodies.  I think we did nothing but play this song until it was just right for more than three hours straight.  But when you’re working towards something that you just know is going to be incredible, the time it takes doesn’t matter at all.

Although it doesn’t have a title yet, we’ll be debuting this song next Friday 4-24 at The Note show in West Chester.  This is a huge show for us.  We hope that you think it’s as great as we do.
